Climate Action 2020 is a collaborative program among all Sonoma County communities to take further actions in reducing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions community-wide and respond to the threats of climate change. Climate Action 2020 is coordinated by the Regional Climate Protection Agency (RCPA) which was formed through legislation in 2009 to coordinate countywide climate protection efforts among Sonoma County’s nine cities and multiple county agencies.
