Information on Greenhorns:

Greenhorns is a national young farmer support network and media production project. We have a blog, radio show, documentary film, wiki, guidebook, and more! Our network includes thousands of young farmers across the country farming in urban, suburban and rural areas. They are homesteaders, CSA managers, rooftop farmers, horse farmers, pastured poultry farmers, organic rice and grain, orchardists, permaculturists, doomers+ anarchists, radical Christians and lovely little farmsteads. We are a diverse group, but all passionate about growing food, and determined to make our businesses and farms a success. Greenhorns host celebrational+ educational events for young farmers all around the country. We like to convene and coordinate opportunities for networking, socializing and peer-to-peer learning for our community of young farmers, they deserve it! farmer@thegreenhorns.net
