heres and old standby recipe that tastes great,
Fresh morel mushrooms - cleaned, trimmed, and halved or quartered
2 eggs beaten with 1/4 cup of milk
Flour or Seasoned cracker crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Sea salt, to taste

I think I saw some of these the other day, but I know there are false morels, so I am a bit reluctant. Guess I better do some research, cuz I love me some mushrooms.
