Hi, y'all!  I'm new to the group, and I'd love to try my hand at making my own cheese.  What's a good, basic recipe to start out with?  Thank you!

Hi, Lisa. I'm not an experienced cheesemaker myself, so I'm hoping you get a few more responses from those in the know, but one really *easy* and fast cheese to start with is farmers cheese. HOMEGROWN member Jenni shares a 101 on it here.

my folks are just starting to learn about cheese making and by trial and error they are trying to make mozzarella. So far, they weren't satisfied with the final result.. any mozzarella makers out there? They could use some tips and guidance in the process =)
