I had the thought of raising rabbits and goat for their meat, However I have never eaten either one. I would like to know what I could make before raising. I have heard that they are good to eat from others. What advice can I get from you?
I usually toss a rabbit (or 1/2 one depending on how big it is) into the crockpot or a clay oven pot (if I am home all day) with-onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes, parsnips, sage salt pepper and a bottle of our red wine. cook on low in crockpot for 8 hours or on about 300 in the oven for about 4 or 5.
