this week I started lettuce seeds, brussel sprouts & broccoli, really trying to get a jump on the fall/winter garden.  My carrots in the barrel have been thinned & are doing well. I cannot wait to have fresh carrots.

My new means of organic food production may be used indoors or outdoors in any scale desired.  A You Tube video of my technology model is shown on http://youtu.be/cK71v-y15YY.  This model was designed for FFA farm shops and teaching labs at rural high schools.  Production methods used include: 1) Poultry;  2) Algalculture;  3) Aquaculture;  4) Aquaponics; and 5) Modified hydroponics (plant roots are in sand rather than water).
