grapefruit, beet, and alfalfa sprout salad

i've been growing alotta alfalfa sprouts this winter, and i'm always looking for different ways to use them.......this salad is refreshing and easy.....just toss the grapefruit and beets together to mix the juices, put over sprouts, then top with olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing
