HOMEGROWN Skills Tent in the HOMEGROWN Village at Farm Aid 2013

HOMEGROWN SKILLS TENT: HOMEGROWN.org hosted the third annual HOMEGROWN Skills Tent on the grounds of Farm Aid's 2013 concert, September 21 at Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, New York. The jam-packed schedule featured workshops on starting shiitake mushrooms and making friendship bracelets from llama wool, as well as demos on curing bacon and field-to-griddle pancakes hosted by our partner in can-do for the day, the New York Capital Region's From Scratch Club.
