A bit about me:: I discovered soap making in 2006 and have been hooked ever since. After many years, I finally took the plunge and started selling my cold processed soaps, which are made in my small New York City apartment. I am currently a soap vendor in a weekly farmers market.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: Savory cake with pistachios, prunes and feta cheese. The eggs and the feta cheese were purchased from fellow market vendors. I used to think that purchasing organic from a conventional supermarket was the same or better than buying local, boy was I wrong! I have made this quite a few times in the past, but it was only two weeks ago that I incorporated these delicious local organic ingredients. Makes a world of a difference.
