What kind of HOMEGROWN are you?
Dirt Under My Fingernails City Slicker
Fill in the blank:
...grateful, take the good I find, the best of now and here.
A bit about me:
I'm a Realtor in Portland, Oregon. My partner and I grow food to feed our family and friends in our little 50x100 city lot, and I can what we don't eat. We love entering flowers and food and handgoods in our County and State Fairs and have a goal to visit every County Fair in Oregon some year.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
1/10: Wild-caught bbq shrimp with crusty bread and broccoli. One of my favorite meals any time.
Currently reading:
1/10: The Torment of Others, Val McDermid (a british mystery/crime series)
Currently listening to:
1/10: Glee soundtrack, I'll admit it.
My latest DIY project:
1/10: Finishing the main floor bath; kitchen will be next.
Web site I recommend:
http://www.welcometopdx.com
By popular demand, I'm also selling pickled peaches and drinking vinegars online at Etsy.

Hi Deb. Welcome to HOMEGROWN. Wow, I want you as a realtor - your blog is great! If I move to Portland, I'm calling you. if you have a clone in Vermont, please send her my way :)
Look forward to hearing more about your prize-winning veggies!
