What kind of HOMEGROWN are you?

A bit about me:

Working towards living a more sustainable life...and not because "sustainable" is a catch phrase...I used similar words to describe trying to live more lightly on the Earth back in the early '80s.
I work as a water quality specialist for state gov. have a home on a couple of acres about 10 miles south of a city...and 4 miles from the small town where I live.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

corned beef. I hate the stuff most of the time...but my girlfriend gave me this awesome recipe...the trick is to cook the heck out of it for hours...scraping off the bubbling brown stuff on top...then glazing it for a final bit of time in the oven....Yum!
