A bit about me:: I grew up on a 50 cow dairy farm. Milked cows, slopped the hogs, fed the chickens and gathered the eggs. We always had a big garden and raised all our own meat. Except for the fish that we caught in the river. The store was there to by staple goods like salt and flour. Now I raise a 2 acre garden. I sell through CSA, farmers markets, and a farm stand at the house.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: We hardly ever eat out. But a roasted pork chop dinner, cooked like a pot roast. This dinner was made with potatoes, carrots, parsnips, onions, garlic, fresh thyme, fresh oregano, and fresh parsley. And of course the pork chops.
