What you do sounds really incredible! Very impressive! Would love to have you out sometime, though I'm afraid there isn't much to see this year. What we did grow has already been harvested, so we're working on laying down straw over the main garden right now & the hops are already all picked. Perhaps in the spring/summer though when things really get growing!
We also are the founders of Big Lick-Green Drinks, which meets twice a month at All Sports Cafe in Salem. We meet the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm. This month we're hosting the guys from Shooting Creek Brewery in Floyd (organic brewery). We're having our 1st Harvest Potluck as well this Sunday at Greenhill Park @ 3pm - we're planning on meeting at the picnic tables along the river. Would love for you to join us!
