A bit about me:
A relative newcomer to the homegrown state of existence, I am finding myself more and more drawn to ... roots of all sorts. I aspire to slow down and enjoy life more.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
I have been big into roasting vegetables with this current fall weather. Lots of indian spices on top, a little blending with half of them, and voila, an amazing healthy veggie stew of sorts. With plain yogurt, love it.

I was lurking around here trying to find a soup thread somewhere, but it seems that the recipes have yet to pour in!

So without further ado, I will leave mine for the week.

It's nothing I'm too proud of -definitely a recipe from one of those cookbooks that you feel like a cheater to use- but I must say the times I've made it it's quite a lovely dish.
