What kind of HOMEGROWN are you?
Earth Mama
A bit about me:
I live on 40 plus acres and manage two large gardens where enough is grown to fill the larder with some to sell and trade.
Then there are the critters that somehow, manage me.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Every meal is cooked at home and they are all great! Mainly because 90% of the ingredients are homegrown.
Currently reading:
Seed catalogs
Currently listening to:
The roosters crowing
My latest DIY project:
making miniature green house hoops=
I marked off 1" increments and drew around the circumference of on an old 5 gallon bucket.
I then took a band saw and cut out these 'rings'. Then I cut each ring to be able to open them and use them as hoops over my vegetable starts to keep the clear trash bags off of the tray of starts. It takes three hoops for the average tray.
