A bit about me:

I want to be 100% Home grown! ~ I spoke to my local Community Garden coordinator about getting a plot for the Spring! My local Ag university extension gives away free seeds ( but they maybe Burpee/Monsanto ). I'll be perusing the Seed Savers sites and ordering catalogs, directly.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

Turkey dinner - I picked up the fixin's today and will start on the cornbread stuffing soon! I marinade my turkey in Peaches and pineapple to soften the skin...
