A bit about me:

I love good food as in organic and nutrient rich just as much as tasty, I eat a good amount of raw food and am just starting to fill the garden up with yummy edibles and herbs. I like the biointensive method and find this all a lot of fun.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

mung beans with celery and cilantro, my toddler wouldn´t stop eating them.
