Wife, mom, apartment dweller dreaming of a house and real sunlight and soil. Stay at home by choice and learning to grow, preserve, improvise, create, organize and appreciate.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

Pretty much cook everything at home. One of my new favorites though is Danish Chicken Soup (MIL taught me how :)) and I'm all about homemade-probably americanized a lot- Butter Chicken
