A bit about me:

I have plenty of kids and grandkids to keep me crazy and enough animals to keep me wild. I grow herbs, vegetables, & fruits - raise ducks and chickens - bake, cook, preserve, make soap and candles, tinctures, and teas. I'm always wanting to be more self-sufficient and natural, but I too damn lazy to commit fully.

An off the hip, throw together chowder.
