Fill in the blank:
A bit about me:
I am a [new] homesteader. In the city.
I call myself an "Urbsteader".
So far, I have chickens.
They're killing the grass on my lawn so I can plant something we can all eat.
They're good birds and I love them.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Every meal I cook I (and my family) think is the greatest. But the last time I made an occasion out of it was just a couple days ago. I made all Korean fare. Chop chae, pajeon, and oi naengguk.
Currently reading:
The Celestine Prophecy; Baker Creek Seed Catalog; Back to Basics; The Big Book of Country Wisdom
Currently listening to:
The whooshing of cars and trucks go down I-35
My latest DIY project:
5'x10' Chicken Run
