Hi Mike, so glad I found you on this site.
Boy do I have a question for you about apple trees. I live here in Mt and we are having a late, heavey, spring snow. My apple tree started getting it's leaves a week ago, then this storm hit !
Well, needless to say, there was a freeze that came along with the snow, everything is coverd in a blanket of white right now & over 2 ft of snow going on out side right now. At night the temperature is staying in the mid 30's and, 40's during the day. I am wondering if there is any hope for this lone apple tree in my back yard, to produce any fruit this year, even if the buds were'nt budded out yet ?
I just moved back to Mt, after being out of state for a year in a half. I was really looking forward to these delicious apples this tree gives the family.
Is all hope gone for this year, is there any advise you can give me ?
Appriciated...... Georgia
