A bit about me:

Mom of two wonderful kids and married to a husband who is my opposite in every way, in a good way somehow.
We live on two way to small acres in SE OH and are doing our darndest to live as self-sufficiently as we can and have fun doing it.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

Chili lime grilled pork chops (and yes, it's freezing here LOL) with creamed sweet potato greens frozen from last years garden and a salad from our winter window garden along side a boring store bought potato-baked.

Now that I have kids it's my favorite "sound" in the world and I so rarely have it.
