A bit about me:

I work from home as a mother and writer. This year I got my first chooks and started a couple of vegie patches so I am a work in progress. Living in a fantastic, inspiring community makes a big difference and I am starting work on a new book about community. I am frequently overwhelmed by the profound and existential issues facing us all in the 21st century but I am also trying to have fun with my people along the way.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

Pumpkin soup with homemade rolls and a salad of roasted beetroots and spinach from my garden with a little goat cheese.

Boccherini cello concertos and Jolie Holland.

My latest DIY project:

I am in early stages of planning a community carrolling group that winds around the neighbourhood and ends up somewhere for a bbq. At our house, we are looking into getting a bee hive and building a labyrinth walk in the backyard.
