A bit about me:
I am a Health and Nutrition Coach living in the blue ridge mountains of North Carolina. With a background in sustainable agriculture, and a passionate love for growing and eating nutrient dense food, a field in Nutrition was a natural transition. I enjoy keeping urban chickens, scratch made cooking, health, healing, herbs, and time spent savoring the simple things!
