I made a wonderful chili for dinner out of my homegrown cranberry beans and a pound of local farm-raised pork. I just tried cranberry beans for the first time after I grew them in 2009. If you haven't eaten them yet I really recommend them. Not only are they gorgeous while growing in the garden, they are big, plump, creamy beans. Can you tell I'm a fan?
