I help people with autoimmune & inflammatory diseases, celiac disease, and food allergies.. Chemical sensitivities.. And More. I help them better manage their health and help them better learn how to take really good care of themselves!

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: I cook all my meals at home! I do not really ever eat out... I have too many food allergies and issues.

I made a stew last night. Hearty, healthy, organic and local! Yummy, Yum, yum, yum... 100% made with love!

My latest DIY project:: I have been working so much on my web page and creating graphics and what not..
So, I thought I needed more grounding. I am working on making some bracelets. I love working with rocks!

I am also working on re-purposing an old cabinet for my pottery and canning stuff.
