Hello there, Tom, and welcome to HOMEGROWN! My name is Jennifer, and I’m the flock tender here: site updater and tweaker, feeder and waterer of our little community. I’m very slowly working my back through the folks who joined HOMEGROWN in the last month or two to say a belated hello and how glad I am you found us. I’m a big fan of canoe/kayak camping, too, although your trips sound much more ambitious than mine!

I hope you’ll turn up plenty of projects and ideas here to spur you on, and I hope you’ll be game for sharing some of your own, too, in our member blog, The Stew.
