Ooo! Ooo! Homemade bolognese sauce over homemade polenta that was fried on a very hot griddle and placed a bed of just picked Swiss Chard and liberally grated with Reggiano!!
(sorry....i just get so excited about good food!)

starting to paint the house, fixing fence so baby goats can be moved to the bigger playarea and attempting a courtyard-type garden for the front of our house.
