Ive got tons of collards planted last year i couldnt give them all away can you can them or freeze them or how can you put them up?

hi Tony....you can can them like spinach as well as freeze them.......i just googled "preserving collard greens" and got quite a few results

good job christa! i was gonna suggest the same. that's how i researched most of my post harvesting details. i had quite an awesome crop of collards this year as well and they froze perfectly. just chop first and lay on a single layer first then after a bit stiff then i bagged them and froze them. yum yum yum..fresh collards in the winter!! :)
