This is the Hoop House Redux post which has links to 3 informative "How To" blog posts I did 7 years ago on how we build our simple unheated hoophouses. No pictures on this post but if you look at the links below (in order) you will not only see pictures of our hoop houses but also how to put one together for under $850US.

We use our hoop houses for season extension (we have kale, leeks, carrots and more in ours right now) and pasturing chickens in winter when there are frigid snowy conditions.
