The move made for a late start plus all the rains we had.

But the sun shines

Plants that are up: these came up in a week May 31 to June 5, 2010

Corn ---Peaches and Cream

Okra

Collards

Bush beans---- another crop, plantings every two weeks

Watermelon---- Heirloom Moon and Stars

Zucchini, new seed

Assorted flower seeds

Loofah

We are harvesting

onions

radishes

Plants that were first planted on new homestead

Tomatoes-- heirlooms and hybrids

Peppers

Bush Beans--- there's lots of blooms , tiny beans are showing, won't be long now

Carrots

Peas, supper tiny plants w/ blooms and tiny pea pods. Started way to late. will try another crop early fall.

Cabbage

Spaghetti squash, plants look good

beets, I thinned but not growing super well

Zucchini-- old seed. only 1 plant came up, not sure if crows got the other seeds

Potatoes---- three beds, Pontiac red potato mulching w/ straw-- need to head up with straw

Rhubarb--new plant doing well
