Homegrown Fair submission! Peach Chutney End to Summer

I'm new to this space, I have a website elsewhere where I write about canning, food, small scale homesteading in the suburbs and, from time to time, things I've learned form chickens.

I really did get the very last of our local peaches to make chutney, after having made peach bourbon jam, canned roasted peaches, frozen and dehydrated about 20 lbs of peaches (then made peach bourbon jam, again, with a class!)

So here is Peach Chutney! This is so good with great cheese, on sandwiches, used traditionally with rice, veggies, meat. Or right off the spoon, which is what I do with the stuff that won't fit in the jars.

Welcome to HOMEGROWN, Tamika! You have a wonderful website, and I hope you'll continue to cross-post your topics.

I absolutely love your recipe for peach chutney.  It sounds like a perfect fall accompaniment! I hope I can still get a few peaches and try it myself.  Your other recipes sound phenomenal, too! Are you a teacher?

Thanks again for sharing :)
