1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
2 cup all purpose flour
1 can (14oz) condensed milk
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
½ chopped walnuts
1 pkg chocolate candy coating, chopped
- In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add flour, alternating with milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in mini chips and walnuts. Chill for 20 minutes. Shape into 1” balls; place on wax lined cookie sheets; chill for 1 hour.
- Over double boiler, melt candy coating. Dip balls, allowing excess to drip off. Place on wax paper. Let set; store in refrigerator or freezer.
