still going hard with for 2000lb of produce and 1700 eggs

Well April is hardly worth talking about we work in the garden a lot and harvested almost nothing
2lbs of limes
4lbs lemons
2lbs kumquats
10oz of Strawberries
8oz of blueberries
3lbs kail/chard
237 eggs

may was little better
2 lbs lowquats
5lbs of cabbage
3.5lbs tomatoes
11.5 artichokes
10 lbs zucchini
2lb of chard
8lbs kail
10 lb lemons
1.5 strawberries
.5lb blueberries
15 lbs random gift bags to friend
201 eggs
I am going to have a big squash harvest this fall if i am going to make it but i am feeling good about how productive the garden is being.. I just stared my own business (vegan ice cream shop) so i have been working alot and feel that i have left alot to rot on the vine but i am happy that we got suh a good head start.

Sounds pretty awesome to me! What are you doing with all of those eggs?? Obviously not putting them in the ice cream :)

Lookin' good! I've been keeping our produce tally on our blog as well. We're just starting to ramp up production, but I don't even know where to begin with setting a goal. 1 Ton of produce seems like such a huge amount!
