What kind of HOMEGROWN are you?

A bit about me:

I am a married mom of three and work full time. I wish I had more time and money for all of the things that I want to do. I grow a large garden and can and freeze much of what we don't eat fresh. We live in a rural setting and I love that my kids get to play outside all the time and help in the garden. I dream of someday being more self reliant but right now that seems like an impossible dream. I love to read about how other people left their jobs behind and just made it work but I can't quite figure out how to do that.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

My husband is the cook in our family and he makes the greatest dishes out of our garden treasures. We joke that he is the chef and I am the pastry chef.
