Hi, Bridget. Thanks so much for the kind note—although now I'm drooling at the thought of maple syrup. I'd love to see some photos of the sugarhouse (and I bet I'm not the only one). Could I twist your arm into posting a few here on HOMEGROWN? I'd also love to hear your favorite pancake, waffle, or otherwise recipes for using the syrup once it's collected. Yum. Just ... yum.
