A bit about me:
I love dirt. Dirt is therapy, exercise, sustenance and community. I grow some food, love my local csa and farmers, cook and eat with my family, and share food with friends. I am a suburban, artist, homeschooling mama in the San Francisco bay area.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
white bean and roasted kobocha squash soup with pumpkin seed gremolata...... yum.
Currently reading:
Animals in Translation (Temple Grandin), and Age of Innocence (Edith Wharton)
Currently listening to:
Iron and Wine, Anna Nalick, Death Cab for Cutie, Tunng, Weepies, Athlete, Corinne Bailey Rae, The Cocteau Twins, Damien Rice, Sufjan Stevens, Frou Frou.....
My latest DIY project:
Tearing the old carpet out of my daughter's room and re-painting with her.
