Lobsters on the Fly works with other local Maine businesses and strives to create synergistic relationships with local farmers, artists and business owners in order to promote the importance of buying local.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: The sandwich I just had at lunch! Maine spinach with raisins soaked in vinegar, sauteed with Maine garlic on Borealis bread, Maine made, of course!
