I teach traditional cookery (mostly Mediterranean cuisines), write a little, edit, translate, and restore traditional recipes, speak and do a little food activism. I try to garden for the year, practice nose-to-tail cookery, and avoid grocery stores as much as possible. Love cooking in terracotta!
