Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
yesterday's lunch was leftover root hash (roasted beets, yams, potatoes, onions, carrots and whole garlic cloves) and collards fried in pastured bacon grease. breakfast was soured spelt pancakes smeared with fermented apricot butter and dabbed with cultured creme fraiche.
