I grow whatever I can, shop local for whatever is around me and what I can't I buy organic.
A bit about me:
I am a wife and mother of 4 kids aged 22 to 9. I have a full time job as a secretary at our k-12 school here in the Catskill Mountains. We moved here to my husbands home town 8 years ago and I love our small town. It is so easy to eat and shop local around here. Everything from my father in law's pure maple syrup, to honey from my husbands coworker, to eggs from our neighbor. When weather permits I grow my own vegetables and we even raise our own cows for meat. Talk about knowing where your food comes from!!
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
In the summer we do a lot of salads with either chicken, tuna or hard boiled eggs.
Just picked up: Barefoot in Babylon: The Creation of the Woodstock Music Festival, 1969
Currently listening to:
My station, "Time in a Bottle Radio" on Pandora.
My latest DIY project:
I just made a Macrame Chair Swing, and waiting for my father in law to finish the A frame so I can relax outside in the beautiful sun!
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( firstname.lastname@example.org ) for the full details. Have a nice day Thanks God bless.
