Ive got tons of collards planted last year i couldnt give them all away can you can them or freeze them or how can you put them up?

starting a new farm

I have a small cattle farm in middle Georgia,and also work 14 hours a day at a regluar job.Im thinking of quiting the JOB and start a family type farm,do you guys think that is a good idea or not.Oh,did you all get a chance to catch the FARM AID SHOW yesterday it was awsome,I think you can still catch it on direct tv channel 101.

Hi again Tony........yeah, they do make cows sick, but people can totally eat them. They are definitely stronger than regular onions, but if you cook them well they're fine. There's plenty of recipes and info online about wild onions, even a few extra recipes on my blog post on them.
