Founded in 1990, Nettle Meadow Farm is a 50-acre goat and sheep dairy and cheese company in Thurman, New York, home to more than 300 goats, several dozen sheep, and a variety of farm and sanctuary animals. It is owned and operated by Lorraine Lambiase and Sheila Flanagan, both of whom are committed to the principles of natural ingredients, happy and healthy animals, and carefully hand-crafted artisan cheeses.
